【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthesignallingprotocolforthesupportoftheMakeCallRequestsupplementaryservice(SS-MCR)attheQreferencepointbetweenPrivateIntegratedservicesNetworkeXchanges(PINXs)connectedtogetherwithinaPrivateIntegratedServicesNetwork(PISN).SupplementaryserviceMCRenablesaRequestingUsertorequestaCo-operatingUsertoestablishanewRequestedCalltoaDestinationUser.ThisnewRequestedCallbetweentheCo-operatingandDestinationUsercanbeeitheraBasiccalloraCallIndependentSignallingConnection.TheQreferencepointisdefinedinISO/IEC11579-1.ServicespecificationsareproducedinthreestagesandaccordingtothemethodspecifiedinETS300387.ThisInternationalStandardcontainsthestage3specificationfortheQreferencepointandsatisfiestherequirementsidentifiedbythestage1andstage2specificationsinISO/IEC20113.ThesignallingprotocolforSS-MCRoperatesontopofthesignallingprotocolforbasiccircuitswitchedcallcontrol,asspecifiedinISO/IEC11572,andusescertainaspectsofthegenericproceduresforthecontrolofsupplementaryservicesspecifiedinISO/IEC11582.ThisInternationalStandardalsospecifiesadditionalsignallingprotocolrequirementsforthesupportofinteractionsattheQreferencepointbetweenSS-MCRandothersupplementaryservicesandANFs.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoPINXs,whichcaninterconnecttoformaPISN.
