适用范围
本标准规定了装用压燃式发动机汽车及其压燃式发动机、装用以天然气(NG)或液化石油气(LPG)作为燃料的点燃式发动机汽车及其点燃式发动机的车载诊断(OBD)系统技术要求及试验方法。
本标准适用于设计车速大于25km/h的M2、M3、N1、N2和N3类总质量大于3500kg的M1类机动车装用的压燃式(含气体燃料点燃式)发动机及其车辆的OBD系统的型式核准和生产一致性检查。

【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsforcontinuouslyelectrolyticzinc-nickelcoatedcoldrolledflatproductsoflowcarbonsteelssuitableforcoldformingaccordingtoTable1andTable2inrolledwidths≥600mmandthicknessesfrom0.35mmuptoandincluding3mm,deliveredasstrip(incoilform),sheet,slitstriporcutlengthsobtainedfromslitstriporsheet.ThecoatingiscomposedofZnwithaNi-contentof10.5%to13%.2ThisEuropeanStandardmayalsobeappliedtothecoatingrequirementsofcontinuouslyelectrolyticzinc-nickelcoatedcoldrolledflatproductsof:a)steelsaccordingtoEN10139(coldrolledstripinrolledwidths<600mm);b)othertypesoflowcarbonsteelforcoldforming;c)steelsnormallycharacterizedbyminimumyieldstrengthvaluesinadditiontoformabilityparameters,e.g:—steelswithhighyieldstrengthandimprovedformabilityaccordingtoEN10268orothermicroalloyedsteels;—rephosphorizedsteelsandbake-hardeningsteels;—generalpurposestructuralsteels.3ByspecialagreementatthetimeoforderingthisEuropeanStandardmaybeappliedtothecoatingrequirementsofcontinuouslyelectrolyticzinc-nickelcoatedhot-rolledsteelflatproducts(e.g.accordingtoEN10025,EN10111,EN10149-1toEN10149-3etc.).4Thecoatingmasses,surfacequalitiesandsurfacefinishesaregivenin5.9,5.11andTable3.Asthemassofthezinc-nickelcoatingappliedisrelativelysmall,thematerialisnotintendedtowithstandoutsideexposurewithoutfurtherchemicaltreatmentandpainting.5ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicableto—hot-dipzinccoatedsteelstripandsheet(seeEN10142andEN10147);—electrolyticallyzinccoatedcoldrolledflatproducts(seeEN10152);—continuouslyhot-dipaluminium-silicon(AS)coatedsteelstripandsheet(seeEN10154);—continuouslyorganiccoatedsteelflatproducts(seeEN10169);—continuouslyhot-dipzinc-aluminium(ZA)coatedsteelstripandsheet(seeEN10214);—continuouslyhot-dipaluminium-zinc(AZ)coatedsteelstripandsheet(seeEN10215).

【摘要】:1.1Thepurposeofthesetestmethodsistoallowdetectionofthepresenceofintermetallicphasesinduplexstainlesssteelstotheextentthattoughnessorcorrosionresistanceisaffectedsignificantly.Thesetestmethodswillnotnecessarilydetectlossesoftoughnessorcorrosionresistanceattributabletoothercauses.1.2Duplex(austenitic-ferritic)stainlesssteelsaresusceptibletotheformationofintermetalliccompoundsduringexposuresinthetemperaturerangefromapproximately600to1750176;F(320to955176;C).Thespeedoftheseprecipitationreactionsisafunctionofcompositionandthermalorthermomechanicalhistoryofeachindividualpiece.Thepresenceofthesephasesisdetrimentaltotoughnessandcorrosionresistance.1.3Correctheattreatmentofduplexstainlesssteelscaneliminatethesedetrimentalphases.Rapidcoolingoftheproductprovidesthemaximumresistancetoformationofdetrimentalphasesbysubsequentthermalexposures.1.4Compliancewiththechemicalandmechanicalrequirementsfortheapplicableproductspecificationdoesnotnecessarilyindicatetheabsenceofdetrimentalphasesintheproduct.1.5Thesetestmethodsincludethefollowing:1.5.1TestMethodASodiumHydroxideEtchTestforClassificationofEtchStructuresofDuplexStainlessSteels(Sections).1.5.2TestMethodBCharpyImpactTestforClassificationofStructuresofDuplexStainlessSteels(Sections).1.5.3TestMethodCFerricChlorideCorrosionTestforClassificationofStructuresofDuplexStainlessSteels(Sections).1.6Thepresenceofdetrimentalintermetallicphasesisreadilydetectedinallthreetests,providedthatasampleofappropriatelocationandorientationisselected.Becausetheoccurrenceofintermetallicphasesisafunctionoftemperatureandcoolingrate,itisessentialthatthetestsbeappliedtotheregionofthematerialexperiencingtheconditionsmostlikelytopromotetheformationofanintermetallicphase.Inthecaseofcommonheattreatment,thisregionwillbethatwhichcooledmostslowly.Exceptforrapidlycooledmaterial,itmaybenecessarytosamplefromalocationdeterminedtobethemostslowlycooledforthematerialpiecetobecharacterized.1.7Thetestsdonotdeterminetheprecisenatureofthedetrimentalphasebutratherthepresenceorabsenceofanintermetallicphasetotheextentthatitisdetrimentaltothetoughnessandcorrosionresistanceofthematerial.1.8Examplesofthecorrelationofthermalexposures,theoccurrenceofintermetallicphases,andthedegradationoftoughnessandcorrosionresistancearegiveninand.1.9Thevaluesstatedineitherinch-poundorSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
